I recently bought Cell-Tech creatine and I mix it 2 scoops with 20 oz of water. But after just taking a sip, my stomach feels sick and I feel like I want to vomit. I bought 5 lbs of it and it would be a waste to throw it away. Is they any suggestions some could give me...like mixing with other liquids? Thx

How much do you weigh? 2 scoops is 10 gr. creatine, 75 gr. of dextrose. This may be too much for you. Cut your serving size in half. Usually 1 scoop will do the trick, 5 gr. of creatine, and that cuts the sugars in half too, to 37.5gr. See if that helps you.

I would give that a shot. At 157 that is plenty enough, both creatine and sugar.
