Hi, I'm new to FT. I've been training for 2 years, and just enjoy it. I've gained a lot of muscle but not lost the flab. I have a really stubborn body!! :P This is pretty much my last hope. I'm only 14, so I can't diet without malnourishing or ticking off my doctor. I REALLY hope this works.
