I have a few questions on diet pills containing ephedra:
1) Is ephedra dangerous? What are the side-effects of taking something containing ephedra?
2) Do diet pills really work? Will they help anyone lose weight, or do you have to be overweight?
3) Overall, are diet pills dangerous to your health (both short-term and long-term)?
If any one can answer some (or all=)) of my questions, that would be so helpful! Thanks in advance;)...

Well with any diet pill, they may work short term but it is not losing weight in a healthy way and will come right back. Also some are addictive, can cause seizures, and many other side effects. Basically epehdra is a low grade speed that is legal, but that doesn't make it healthy or good for you. I'd say watch your diet, do some cardio, lift some weights, and drink plenty of water.

London, well said. I agree 100% with your reply.
