What does everyone know about Healthy Choice and/or Lean Cuisine meals? Are they good things to eat?

Yes they're pretty good. They have a low amount of fat and most of them have a reasonable amount of protein and potassium in them too. So keep eating them if you have been.

Aren't they pretty high in sodium though? I don't actually know, but most prepacked foods are, to help preserve them. If they are, and you are trying to loose weight, the sodium may be causing you to retain water. Plus, it's not too good for your heart either. If you have the time, and inclination, many meals can be made ahead and frozen, then you know exactly what goes in them. As far as them being good, compared to Swanson and Hungry Man, they are much better, and they usually taste pretty good. And, they are very convenient to take to work and pop in the microwave.

Too much sodium (as stated above) and way too many preservatives. Your best bet is to make extras when you cook dinner and take the leftovers. It will ultimately be cheaper and mucher healthier in the long run.
