I try to aviod processed foods with too much unnecessary sodium and too many preservatives and extra 'junk'. Some wild rice or a baked potato and a lean pork chop or chicken breast that you cook the night before (or whenever) is a much better meal than any of those frozen meals. You made it yourself and you know where the meat came from. True, no dessert would be included if you did it yourself, but you'll just have to make that seperate. ;)
