Hello everyone, I was looking for some info on healthy cooking and came across this site. I'm looking for a cook book that can help me cook healthy foods, Anyone have any ideas? Some info about myself I'm 33 6'1" was 205lbs with 37" waist last Nov. started eating less to lose weight now I'm 175lbs 34" waist. I might of went about this all wrong but I really want to add more muscle (which will mean eating alot more) I'm just lost what to eat how much to eat and how to cook it. I need Heeeeeelp
I have some free weights and Bowflex if I can just get the eating down I know I can bulk up. Thank You for any help.

If you check out the FAQ section there's a couple of posts about nutrition there. Also there's a sticky on the message boards detailing a whole list of web pages on all sorts of subjects - food being one of them. Either that or do a search on fit buddy. There's a few recipy ideas on here.

Also, The south beach diet cookbook just came out - everything I tried from the first book was very tasty and healthy.

There are some bodybuilding cookbooks out there, like Supercut and Laura Creavelle's cookbooks, but really you can cook from any healthy cooking cookbook.
I have been told the recipes from the new Body For Life cookbook are very good, too.
