Hey! I'm new here! I went on the net looking for fitness plans and found this site. I am planning to start a workout routine as well as a plan for eathing healthier. I don't know anything about determining what I need to do as far as eating and what I should do to work out. I am one of those people that has always played sports and therefore didn't need to go to the gym. However, as I started college, I wasn't practicing everyday and now I'm starting to see the difference. I'm muscular, so I weigh more than it seems. I just want to look smaller and be healthy. Any suggestions would be great!:)
Hey JMatt and welcome to FT! I'm guessing that you want to loose more bodyfat and be ripper?no....I would incorporate both weight training and cardio at least 3 days a week. remember always lift heavy. One more thing you'll get more advice if you post in the proper forums, this is just an introduction forum. scroll down and look at all the different ones and pick the one that sounds like what you need answered.
