I'm trying to lose this pot belly, but I like to snack and can't really resist it, so what are some good snack foods that do NOT require cooking, seeing as I can't cook for the life of me. Maybe like crackers or cereal or whatever, just give me some ideas! :)

Fruit. It's one of those things that you forget how good it all is. Dried or fresh...

Try to strengthen your willpower though. It's super hard, but makes all the difference.

Vegetables and lowfat dip, most stores sell precut veggies trays.

Protein bars and shakes.

Learn to cook, it will give you that much more control over your universe.

I have a tub of carrots, celary and other veg and a pot of peanut butter MMmm...

But you need the US peanut butter, the stuff they sell in the UK is foul; thankfully i know enough people at the moment who reguarly made the crossing to keepo my supplies up.
