As the weather is warming up <70s - 80s here> I've been thinking of what kind of healthy snacks I can make for myself this summer. My favorite is frozen grapes, it's sweet, cold, and healthy. Does anyone have any other ideas for snacks that they can share?

from bbfit in another post:
"I have made protein pops myself. I have found with experimentation that only some proteins do well(freeze and hold like a popsicle). Beverly Ultra size is one that works well, in fact they sent me a popsicle maker! Comes with little plastic sticks and everything. Kind of cool in the summer time. "
I tried making crystal lite popsicles, they were okay.
I just saaw a recipe where you freeze crystal lite and strwaberries and then blend it into a slushie consistency...sounded good.
