My name is Carla and I am new to this. I am looking to change the way I eat, my habits, and of course the way my body looks. I had a baby 4 months ago and I am ready to get the weight off all means necessary! I have at least 40 lbs. to lose and do not want it to take years to get it off. Can anyone suggest foods to eat? And ways of cooking them?
I live a healthy life.I do yoga 3 times a week.Pilates once a week,I run 30 minutes most days.I eat healthy,I don't smoke and I don't eat junk food/candy/soda.
