I dont know about heart disease, but creatine can be hard on your liver if you take too much of it. Or if you dont take time off from it.

You people suggest exercises for many people but have u ever thought that many people might not be able to follow it.Suppose you suggest cardiovascular exercise to one who wants to shed fat.Now if he is suffering from heart disease it is difficult for him to do that. Why don't u create a hyperlink where people suffering from such diseases can get access to exercises which is specially designed for them archan

Creatine is found in all your muscles naturally. I have never heard that an increase could cause heart problems.

a lot of studies have on creatine have shown that it has abs no side effects what so ever...the only thing you need to worry about is amount of water you intake...try to drink up to 10 glasses even more if you can... refering to bodybuilding.com - creatine is actually beneficial to the heart since it is also considered a muscle although not a skeletal 1.
