Does anyone know of any good recipes of Healthy Shakes you can have in the morning that don't require any specific type of shake mix. Something that the average person can make with things they can find the in fridge or pantry?
This all goes in the blender:
-milk
-powdered chocolate milk mix (I prefer Ovaltine)
-2 (or more) big spoonfuls of all-natural peanut butter
-scoop of minute oats
-banana
Blend it up and slurp it down. You can toss some ice cubes in if you'd like, but it doesn't come out the same. You can make the same thing if you had protein powder. Replace the chocolate milk mix with the protein (vanilla is just as yummy as the chocolate in this shake). Have fun!
