Heavy-Light, Low/High rep Workout

I was just wondering who has tried the Heavy-Light, Low/High rep Workout method and if it actual is a good workout. I was reading about it on Bodybuilding.com and they say that they fully expect you to add 10lb in 120 days, so I figured I give it a try. :surprised:
