i know this is a shallow thing to wory about, but i am concious about my height, i know im not short cos im 5 foot 9, but someone called me a shortarse once and it stayed with me:( has anyone got any advice on self confidence, or anyone feel the same. even if there were 100 people in a room and only 1 was taller id feel small, even though im well built, i think i have some weird problem. any feedback appreciated, although i dont even think this is the place to be talking about this thing, thanks anyway.

don't worry about it bro, everyone wants to be 6'2", but it won't happen for a lot of us. Just get yourself huge so that no body ever says anything to you out of fear.

big j great advise......not.............you shouldn't work out for intimidation factor. It should be for a better lifstyle and helth. Cause size don't mean anything......its not always the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog.

andrew, im not tryin to be a jerk, i think your a good guy, but it really isnt anyones place to say why someone should workout. there are a million different reasons someone could be motivated to exercise, so saying that you have to do it for one specific reason isnt right. As long as your doing it for yourself, its the right reason.
