ok so i weigh 135 lbs and i relly wanna loose 15-20 pounds by about 2 weeks into the summer so ill look good in my bathingsuit. can someone give me some tips on what i shouldnt eat? i am 11 and i am very self concious about my body. there is only about a week then summer is here. or can someone give me a link so i could look at some useful information if its not capable on here? (not being mean about it though) i just cant seem to lose weight and i know i shouldnt eat certain things but i do anyway! HELP ME PLEASE!
