just got a bowflex a little over a month ago and enjying it thoroughly. i am looking for routines that will build up my upper body. i use fit for life "secrets of advanced bodybuilders" as a reference and try to build my routine around that. already have a tough shoulder and back routine, want to see more examples. which forum should i look at?

For a good looking upper body, u need to work it all. Set up a routine for lifting. Do cardio 3-4 times a week. Eat right.
