I have decided to start exercising again! I have been going through the posts & have noticed that alot of people here are very helpful when it comes to new people wanting to acheive their fitness goals. I think that is GREAT!
Well I just wanted to say HI to everyone & congratulate everyone on their fitness achievements.
I do have one question though. I am looking at starting to go joggoing & I was wondering do you do your stomache exercises before joggoing or after? I am not looking to bulk up at all in any area just tone. I dont think I have to worry about the bulking due to being a female.

Are you planning on doing resistance training as well as jogging? If so, I would suggest doing the ab program after the weights and before the running. And you are correct about it being difficult to bulk up quickly for women - your body chemistry just isn't (generally speaking) not built for it...

I will be doing all my workouts at home. I do not have access to any gym or weight machines. So where I can make changes to the exercises I am going to be doing that.
