Well this is a first for me to join a site and post some messages about myself to the community. I have struggled for about 4 years with my weight, I weigh 175 lbs and am 5'4" and my metabolism is very slow. I really want to shape and sculp my body back down to 130 so if anyone has any ideas other than what is here on the site I am willing to listen. Any encouragement will be greatly appreciated.
I'm new too! I have had the same problem and now I'm finally going to do something about it! My best advice is to stay active....do something for at least 20 to 30 min. Be sure to talk to your doctor before starting a program though. You might have heath issues to take into consideration. If you need any other support please email me. Good luck! You can do it!
