Hehe, didn't tell much about myself(getting the children off to school and finally have a moment before I have to go). I am 5 ft, 1 inch, and at 164 lbs. I am ready to get back down to my first-married weight of 120! The "worst" part about me is my hips (don't mean "worst" as in "worst" per se, just the part that annoys me most). I'm married with 2 boys, and I teach 4-year-olds, so you'd think I'd get enough exercise during the day, wouldn't you? I also signed up for fitday.com, where you can go on and list everything you eat and everything you do all day (and I do mean everything, from sleeping to housework)and it breaks it all down on charts for you. I've always "wanted" to exercise more, and have from time to time, but just as I would get started and in a good routine, it seemed as if something (getting sick or being too tired) would derail it. I'm looking forward to trying this and watching it work.
