Hi, I am 19 years old and I wiegh about 250. Yes, I am overwieght and I hope this site will help or atleast give me support. I've been trying to find ways and have even tried ways to lose weight and nothing seems to help. I am not tried of trying but I really want to lose wieght and reach my goal wieght of atleast 150. My friend recommended this site to me because his friend is a moderator on this site. I hope I find a lot of help from you guys.. Thanks!
It's me again. I forgot to add that... I sometimes workout of the treadmill and such but I don't know what exercise programs or activities I should do to help lose weight. I also feel as thought I am not eating properly, due to the fact that I don’t know anything about nutrition, carbs, or how to count them or anything like that. I am currently have a treadmill and weights, my only equipment in the house. Not really into the whole gym scene and not into programs like weight watchers or Jenny Craig, kind of hesitant about it and also the money issue that goes a long with it. But yeah...
