:)Hi my name is mary and I just started this week.I don't t go to the gym.And I have been excersing 3 times a week,I'm wondering if I should increase the days.Can someone tell me?

Your body will tell you. If you are doing 3 and you feel you could do more, then, why not?
Some people exercise 5-6 days others only 2 days, all depends on your goal and the individual.

Welcome Mary! I've only been here a few days myself..
I am on a program where I do something daily. It's cardio on the treadmill every other day, and weights 6-7 days a week on different areas every 2-3 days. Does that sound like too much for a starter who really just wants to tone and not lose weight? I'll take advice too :)
