Hello all, I am joining this site to improve my health as I am sure many before me have for the same reason. I needed to start to do something to help myself out for the long run. I have recently stopped smoking and decided that I need to replace it with a good habit not a bad one. I am looking forward to seeing my results as I go thru my exercises.
I have a bowflex, one of the older ones. As I was looking at my exercises for the machine's I realized that I do not have the attachments to do the leg curls/extensions. I was wondering if anyone could let me know of something else that I can do in it's place. Thank you already for any help that you might have to offer.
