Hi Everyone! I'm new to this site.
I need to lose 30 to 40 pounds. That is my first goal. My second goal is to build muscle definition. (You know, like the models on the front of fitness magazines.) :big_smile:

I'm looking for info on nutrition, exercise, etc.
