Hey everybody. It seemed the internet was the place to get tons of overwhelming advice on working out, so here I am. I am 22, pretty tall and large....no not fat by any means, just big all around. I am working out 5 days a week right now and am hoping to get the most out of it..any one with good advice for a semi-new fitness buff, I'm all ears.
hay mistermiller.. welcome to FT.. you have chosen the right place to look for motivation and information.. we have tons of info in archives.. just give a search in the fitbuddy at the bottom of page regarding whatever u want to know about... if u can't find an answer to ur question.. shoot the question on message boards.. and someone will be more then happy to answer u...
for a starter.. why don't u post ur workout schedule and ur diet and people will be happy to give u advice.. it is difficult to tell u anything until we know what u r already doing :)..
u said u want to lost body fat around ur midsection in ur profile.. well.. u can't spot reduce.. its going to be reduction all around ur body and it takes time and strict diet...
