HI just qquick post to introduce myself.
My name is Jon I am from New Jeresy. I Have been lifting for 12 years. Recently I suffered a tear in one of my shoulders, and ever since I have found hard to motivated myself to go the gym. I have cut down my days from6 to 3.
I am glad I found this board it will hopefully make me feel better about going for going so little a week, and hopefully find better way to improve my training
