I am a new member. I have been working iout for 5 weeks. I've been easing into my owrkouts since I am so out of shape. Started with some aerobics with the wife and am now moving onto weight training. Will be attempting to run again soon.Will have to see how the back holds up!
Looks like you're on the right track conan and 7lb in 5 weeks is actually a very good result! 1-2lbs/week is ideal, so you're doing great. keep it up and you'll reach your goals in no time.....and welcome to FT!
