Hi! I'm a new member. I'll do my best to stick to this program. I find it difficult to find out the right food to eat to keep the nutrients on track. I also think the recommended repetitions are too much for me. But I'll give it a try. I'll start the program next Monday. I really need to stick to this program. I lost motivation so much lately.
