I am new to this. I am excited to get back into shape for summer. I need to lose 5 more pounds and some dreadful belly fat...and I think this group will be helpful. I have found that looking on the food labels for the nutritional info is much easier and more accurate than the on-line list. The list is great for complicated foods and for a night out.
