Hi everyone, im new...

I need some advise for losing weight. I am 20 yrs. old and weigh about 280 lbs, I want to lose about 60 lbs. I have tried alot of diets but none of them have worked for me. I dont have a problem working out, its just the eating that kills me. How many calories should I take in a day, how many carbs.

I am not completely out of shape, I lift alot of weight and I think that I should lift less weight, and do more reps, but I dont know...
