Yup! The time has come. Buddah Belly and Thunder Thighs are outdated.
Since getting out of high school I have struggled with keeping the fat off.
Fianlly, about 6 years ago I acheived my goal. Back down to 125 lbs. Size 5 Jeans, felt really healthy! Then BAM!
Back problems. Compressed disc - 3 of them. Couldn't get out of bed for more than 5 minutes at a time for 3 months!
And that is all it took for me to lose my accomplishment.
I have tried for the past 4 years to get into a program only to re-aggravate my back and have to quit. So, I stated doing back stretches about a month ago, have gotten flexibility back, now on to step two. Toning and burning.
Just want to say thank for providing this opportunity that fits so nicely into my work schedule. I love not having the restriction of time slots.
