Hi, I am new to the website and I wanted to introduce myself. I am currently an exhibit booth consultant for a company in Chicago, and have two degrees: A culinary degree and a Bachlors in Hospitality management. (So if anyone needs any suggestions on what healthy meals to cook, I will be more than happy to help out.):) I used to be really active when I was younger and was a dancer. I have gotten a bit lazy lately and stopped working out for a good two years...I am 25 years old, 5'4 and weigh 128 pounds. I would like to drop down to 118. I have already adopted a really healthy eating plan consisting of three meals and 3 snacks a day, and work out about 4 times a week. I would really like to lose a significant amount of body fat, so that my nice lean tone can come through. I hope to find some really helpful hints here to achieve my goal!
