Hi, I've decided to start getting in shape again and I found this site. I used to go to the gym intermittently and ran a half marathon last year, but since starting shift work I've really "let myself go". I can barely run 2km now! And I've really packed on the pounds... I'm up to 185lbs now and that's NOT muscle...
Anyhow, I've decided it's time to intervene before it's too late! Looking forward to working out daily!
