Hi, i was just surfing the net looking for good workout programs and found this one, lucky me. I started trying to lose weight about a month ago since ive put on a lot of weight by playing video games too much lol. So i decided to start exercising, I just found out that you need to work out along with cardio to really lose weight since i thought just jog and walk would do it. Im going to start my program next week so ill probably just try to get used to the different workouts. I also want to ask that if your muscle is sore do i just wait for it until its not sore anymore before starting working out again? and how long does it usually take??
