Hello,

I am new to the Free trainer community. Can anyone tell me how to print just one day of your exercise program? I can only get a full week.

When the week is listed to print, go to file, print, and then on the left of the print panel under Print Ranges I select page 2 instead of all pages. Hope this helps. I am using I.E. v6.
