Hi there, first day here and been having a good look around. Want to loose as much weight as possible in the next 4 months, before hubby gets back from afgan:) been going to the gym and dieting for the past 3 years with no luck, havent lost a pound so IIm obviously doing something wrong. Really hoping that this site will help and will get some great advise:) To be honest, Im not very hopeful, and have stopped going to the gym in the past few weeks, but really want to get back into it, but this time with lots of success....hope some one can help me with this:)
