Hi my name is Katerina Degtyareva. I am 21 and I work full-time 40hrs a week if not more.I go to school part-time. The only time i get to actually work out and go to the gym would be at night. I recenty lost 50 lbs by joining the gym. It s been 6 months and i have enjoyed every momoent of it.
The holidays just went by and i have lost track of my passion to keep losing more weight. I have joined this FreeTrainer.com to keep myself motivated and get stronger by losing weight and toning my body.:dumbbell:

Hey I'm also new and yeah holidays are a REAL pain. I don't have a gym around here but I do have a excersize bike and lots of work out videos and a jack russel! lol... I can take her for runs and stuff.
