Hi, I'm Irah and I'm a beginner. I have tried to burn some fats for few months already, but nothing change. I need to burn some fats, because my stomach is bloaty. And I don't want to go to the gym, because I feel so uncomfortable with people watching what I'm doing. So I decide to do this alone at home. So please help me.

I'm with you Irah, I feel so exposed when I go to the gym. I also have the stomach thing going on. I never had that until I started going through perimenopause. I'm hoping for an exercise program that will help me lose all over but especially my stomach. Good Luck, Irah!
