Hello, I am from Arkansas and wanting to start the new year off by getting on the band wagon and lose weight. I have tried everything possible and cant seem to stay one any kind of diet very long. You sound like a busy gal :) I(Jacob) am learning myself, but it seems that alternating circuit training is the overall best way to lose weight and tone up in a healthy way; with alternating days on and off: cardio/circuit/cardio, or circuit/rest/circuit, or some custom variation of the like that best suites you.
