I just happened upon this site through google as I was looking for some new things for my routine at the gym. I am currently interested in toning up as I dont want to build mass anymore. (I used to be 235lbs (I am 6' tall) with a fairly low percentage of body fat (couldnt tell you the exact figure)) Today i am hovering at around 210-205 and just interested in keeping toned. BTW I have been working out off and on for 11 years now (28 yrs old!) Anyways just wanted to let you guys/gals know that this site is now my homepage! I also like the nutrition section of the site its helpful in roughly calculating my intake percentages. Keep it up!
