Hi im here and ready to drop this damm weight thats been bugging, my goal is about 30 pounds by april its 4 months but im commited to tuna and 45 mins of cardio a day so i think i can acomplish it, im also taking L-glutamine just to keep some of my muscles while im doing all that cardio.
