Hi everyone! This site is incredible! I've been checking it out for a couple days and joined at that time. I am a Vancouver, BC, Canada wife and mom to four beautiful kids (ages 6, 5, 3, 2). I work outside the home and also run a PT mentoring business in the evenings. I'm active in my church and do not have much time to sleep let alone add in exercising! But going from my pre-kid weight of 130 (which at the time I thought I was so fat) to now 185... it's time to do something. My body fat is at 40% which is almost half fat! Imagine my jaw dropping when I realized that delightful fact! :-) I have been doing aerobics in the mornings for the past month and I've lost some weight but without a scale I'm not sure how much. I just know my clothes are looser. I am here really for support and to offer whatever support I can. I am open to any kind of advice as I am a beginner to everything re: weight loss, exercising and eating healthy.
