I've been stalking this message board for a couple of days and I've gotta say, this is a great online resource. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and perhaps someone might just learn something from me as well.
I'm 24, just out of law school with some new-found time and energy on my hands! I've always been interested in fitness but admittedly slacked for the last three years.
I'm a hard-gainer looking to build my physique back up to what it once was. I've joined the local gym, began a high protein, low carb diet and I'm on my whey! (notice the pun???)
All that's missing is a good organized regimen to keep me on a good path to somewhere. I've never charted gym progress or tabulated my daily nutricional intake. It seems keeping track of such things is important to a successful program.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to start a specific diet and how to keep track of what I'm eating?
