Hello all. I am brand new to this site. Just signed up yesterday and did my first workout from here today. I have been using another workout site for the past few months and it has worked, but I am now looking to change my routine and go a little harder. I have been lifting on and off for about 10 years ( i am 29 now), and I think this site is great. It gives motiviation from other members, great advice from everything to excersizes, to injuries, to supplements, and has great workout and nutrition programs. So far, it is much better than the site I was previously using. So I just wanted to say Hello to everyone .

It is great, isn't it!!! Welcome!! I have been here for a couple weeks and think it is wonderful, along with the people! If you got the motivation, they have the inspiration!
