Hello, I am new to this site and I just wanted to take a min and thank the ppl that have responded to my post. I know some of them maybe silly or not the best of questions, but I have been looking for a few wks now on how to help me tone up my tummy and chest... I know exercise and good eating, but there is a few things that i just have some questions about... I do try to find the answers on my own before asking, but theres just somethings that are hard to find.... But i just wanted to take a min to say hi to all and thanks you for your responds to my post. I really appericate it!

Welcome to freetrainers and remeber this, there are NO silly questions.I remeber when I started, yikes, I had to ask what is the difference between decline and incline....!

Welcome babydolwv, and I can echo carivan's answer...there are no silly questions. We all have to learn at some point. Everyone had those questions at some stage. Glad to have you with us.
