I am 17 years old and my height is about 5'11-6'0 and I weigh about 160lbs. I am not fat but am a little chubby and I want to work on getting more muscle and having a muscular toned body. I've searched this forum and it seems really cool, I hope to learn alot of new things and improve my overall fitness and the physical aspect of my self. I Wan't to get bigger in the muscular sense but don't want extra fat. My problem areas are my arms I suppose, they aren't much!
