Hi, I'm a 26-yr. old stay-at-home mom, who decided to get into shape after I had my second child. I refused to let my kids be an excuse for my being tired and frumpy. I thought, "Just because I am a mom, doesn't mean that I can let myself go." So far I have lost 50 lbs, and I have 10 more to go. I weight train and do cardio 5 days a week for an hour and a half total. Is that enough? Thanks for the great site!:big_smile:
