Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
I just signed up, actually my husband and I. We are ? 20-25 lbs over-weight, we certainly don't eat right.
We have no exercise equipment, small living quarters, and at present will begin a walking program. We are in our early 50s. Any advise etc will be appreciated.
