I'm fairly new to the whole workout/eating healthy regime. I decided to start because I noticed that I am failrly out of shape (not overweight, I just get out of breath and tired quickly). I have no idea what I'm doing as far as the suppliment thing goes, but I'm sure i'll figure it out.
I look forward to accomplishing my goal weight(someday, I tend to procrastinate).
