Hi everyone

I am new here and really need support. I am lazy, I don't eat food, I live on chocolate and don't exercise at all. I look like a toad. The first look at the exercise programme had me immediately decide not to do it - so may reps of pressups on the first exercise, and I cannot even DO a press up, let alone set after set of them. Sheesh! I am so disheartened already and have not even started!

Anyway, I can at least try the nutrition plan and see where we go. That is better than nothing right?

So, hello all, from a really negative person just starting out and scared to death of this health and fitness thing.

Hey, hey, hey --don't get discouraged, add some exercise, but make it what you WILL do, start with walking, just DO something while you are working on the nutritional side of things and don't be afraid of something that will only make your life easier and healthier, really, you will feel so awesome when you accomplish your goals, step by baby step, leap by leap, just start out with what you can and add to it!!
