Hi everyone. My name is Sean. I'm new to the site but somewhat familiar with exercise and working out. I used to hit the gym everyday back in about 05 but since then I've almost completely stopped. In the last few months I've been trying to get to the gym to workout again but could never find the motivation. I think this site will definitely help with that. Being able to use this to plan out an exercise routine will help a lot. And I'm sure the community here will be very helpful too. Tomorrow I'm hitting the gym with my first day on this plan.
I did good at the gym. On my plan, it was a shoulder day but I had done that last night so I skipped on the shoulder exercises at the gym and I'll still do some later here at home. I worked hard on my core exercises. I went until I couldn't go anymore. And I did my standard 30 minute cardio exercise. I basically just started getting back into my old habit and it felt good. I didn't want to do too much cause I want to start out easy again. I'm getting up tomorrow morning to go again.
